1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

• You are accessing the fd77ap platform entirely voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that fd77ap does not guarantee any return on amounts wagered.

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026. Any use of the fd77ap platform prior to that date was governed by the version of the Terms in force at that time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document published by fd77ap, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific written amendment has been executed and published by fd77ap.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age

The fd77ap platform is strictly available to persons aged 18 years or older. It is a violation of these Terms for any person under 18 years of age to open an fd77ap account, use the platform, or place any bet or wager. fd77ap employs age-verification measures at the point of registration and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 will be suspended immediately, all funds will be returned to the depositing payment method (minus any winnings derived from bonus funds), and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The fd77ap platform is designed and operated primarily for players resident in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the fd77ap platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. fd77ap makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than those in which it operates. 3.3 One Account Per Player

Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on fd77ap. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or in the name of another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fd77ap reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, confiscate any balance held in duplicate accounts, and impose a permanent ban on all associated accounts without prior notice.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

To register an fd77ap account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number (which must be linked to your nominated bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet), and a unique password. You agree to keep this information current and to notify fd77ap of any changes by contacting [email protected].

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fd77ap login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or One-Time Password (OTP) codes with any third party. fd77ap will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be attributed to you, and fd77ap shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access was facilitated by your disclosure or negligent protection of your credentials.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

fd77ap may require you to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal or at any time during the operation of your account. Documents that may be requested include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period specified in fd77ap's request will result in your withdrawal being held pending verification. fd77ap reserves the right to suspend accounts pending completion of KYC review.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

fd77ap accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may be updated from time to time and the current list is displayed on the fd77ap deposit page. All transactions are processed at face value in BDT; fd77ap does not apply currency conversion or surcharges on BDT transactions processed through supported methods.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on fd77ap is ৳500. Deposit requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though fd77ap reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits as part of its financial security procedures.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Players must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal is released. Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three Bangladesh Standard Time business days. fd77ap does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard BDT withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own applicable fees.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

fd77ap reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected Prohibited Activity, or fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements on bonus-funded balances. Players must not use the fd77ap platform as a payment-processing vehicle; deposits must be followed by genuine betting or gaming activity before withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

fd77ap's 200% welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited as Bonus Funds to the player's BDT wallet immediately following a confirmed first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the Bonus Funds balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions applicable to each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on fd77ap are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitute Prohibited Activity.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6.3 Voucher Credits

Promotional voucher codes redeemable on fd77ap's Voucher section are subject to the specific terms printed on or accompanying each voucher. Vouchers are non-transferable, have no cash value, cannot be combined with other voucher offers unless expressly permitted, and expire on the date stated in the voucher terms. fd77ap is not responsible for vouchers lost, stolen, or rendered invalid due to tampering.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on fd77ap are final once confirmed. You accept sole responsibility for the accuracy of each bet you place, including the selection, stake amount, and any applicable options. fd77ap does not accept liability for bets placed in error. If you believe a bet has been placed in error, you must contact [email protected] immediately; fd77ap may, at its sole discretion, cancel or amend a bet placed in error prior to the relevant event commencing, but is under no obligation to do so.

7.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface at the time of bet placement. fd77ap reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice. Placing a bet above the displayed maximum stake is not permitted; any such bet may be voided at fd77ap's discretion.

7.3 Payout Limits

fd77ap applies maximum payout limits on individual bets and on total winnings per calendar day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. Where a winning bet exceeds the maximum payout limit, fd77ap will pay out up to the applicable maximum and the excess will be forfeited. This applies to all sports betting markets including cricket BPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments.

7.4 Void Bets

fd77ap reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed after the event outcome was determined; a manifest error in odds occurred (including but not limited to typos, system errors, or data-feed failures); the integrity of the event is under investigation; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the player's BDT wallet at the original stake amount.

7.5 Live & In-Play Betting

Live and in-play betting markets are subject to faster-than-usual change due to the real-time nature of the underlying events. fd77ap uses automated systems to update in-play odds; delays in data-feed updates may occasionally result in bets being accepted at odds that do not reflect the precise current state of play. fd77ap reserves the right to void in-play bets where a manifest data-feed error is identified, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed to the player.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fd77ap platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account on fd77ap.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the fd77ap platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using the fd77ap platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided and reclaimed.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with events bet upon through fd77ap.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other multiplayer games.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity through the fd77ap platform.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse including duplicate account bonus farming, systematic arbitrage of promotional offers, or coordinated wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your fd77ap account credentials or account balance to any third party.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fd77ap staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fd77ap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the fd77ap platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. fd77ap's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fd77ap does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion would be unlawful.

The fd77ap platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While fd77ap takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and data integrity, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods and unplanned outages may occur; fd77ap will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by fd77ap

fd77ap reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fd77ap reasonably suspects or determines that: the account holder has engaged in Prohibited Activity; the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; the account is the subject of a regulatory inquiry or law-enforcement request; or the continued operation of the account presents a financial, reputational, or legal risk to fd77ap. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held will be ring-fenced and released to the player if the investigation concludes in the player's favour.

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your fd77ap account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, your real-money BDT balance (after deduction of any applicable pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method. Account closure requests made as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion will be processed as a priority and in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

fd77ap reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
